General terms and conditions

Bookings

All bookings, changes, and cancellations may only be done in writing (per fax, letter or e-mail)

Prices

All prices are net to TC TRAVEL. The VAT and local taxes are included in all rates. TC TRAVEL reserves the right to change the rates for reasons beyond its control.

Payments

Individuals—full advance payment for all services is required 7 days prior to arrival.

Groups—50% of the total amount is required 30 days prior to arrival. Total payment has to be made 10 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by certified cheque. TC TRAVEL also accepts major credit cards.

Cancellations

Individuals

• 7 days prior to arrival—no penalty
• 6-3 days prior to arrival—penalty 50% of the total amount
• less than 2 days or no show—penalty 100% of the total amount

Groups

• 30 days prior to arrival—no penalty
• 29-15 days prior to arrival—penalty 25% of the total amount
• 14-8 days prior to arrival—penalty 50% of the total amount
• less than 7 days or no show—penalty 100% of the total amount

Cancellation by TC TRAVEL

TC TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel the reservation for reasons falling under the force majeure. In such events TC TRAVEL bears no responsibility and shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by the clients in relation to this. In the case of any disputes the matter shall be resolved by the Prague court with appropriate jurisdiction.
